Screen Water Sensitive Ink
First. Features of water-transparent ink: Water-transparent ink is water-based screen printing ink itself that is white, becomes transparent when exposed to water, and restores after drying. Since the water-transparent ink does not contain harmful materials, it has passed the EN71-3 test. It is a safe water-based screen printing color-changing ink, suitable for printing all kinds of toys, wonderful canvases, self-adhesive stickers, beer coasters, umbrellas or other Fun stuff.
Second, the printing substrate: can be printed on paper, cloth, PVC plastic, leather and so on.
Third. Printing method:
1. You can first use general offset or silk screen printing on the substrate to print text or patterns (the ink color should be as light as possible)
2. After the ink of the pattern is dry, use a 43-77T/㎝ screen (water-based screen) to print the water-transparent ink on the surface of the pattern. Dilute if necessary. It can be diluted by adding a small amount of distilled water. When the ink becomes transparent with water, it will turn into a white film to cover the pattern below. To enhance the hiding power, after the water becomes transparent ink, the silk screen printing ink dries, and then another layer is printed.
3. It can be air-dried naturally or blown with hot air at 80-100℃ for 3-5 minutes.
4. Shelf life: The water-based screen printing ink becomes transparent in contact with water. The water-based screen printing ink is stored in a cool place, and the shelf life is more than 12 months.
