Check immediately after powder spraying, if defects are found, they should be dealt with in time. If defects are found after curing, the range is small and only local without affecting the surface of the coated object. It can be repaired by diluting the same color powder with acetone. If the range is large, it will affect the surface Quality, after sanding, spray again or use paint remover to remove the coating, and then re-spray.
(6) Remove debris
Recycled powder must be screened to remove impurities, and then mixed with new powder in a certain proportion.
(7) Powder pollution
The powder supply barrel, powder spraying room and recovery system should avoid the pollution of other powders of different colors, so they must be cleaned every time the color is changed.
