Water-transparent ink is the water-based screen printing ink itself that is white, becomes transparent when exposed to water, and restores after drying.

Infrared absorbing anti-counterfeiting ink is made by adding one or several near-infrared absorbing materials into the ink, and the near-infrared absorbing material is an organic functional dye. It has absorption in the near-infrared region, the maximum absorption wavelength is 700nm~1100nm, and the oscillation wavelength falls in the near-infrared region. Because the near-infrared absorption ink absorbs infrared light, if this ink is used in a certain part of the printed product, there is no Traces, but under the detection instrument, the corresponding signal or dark graphics can be observed.

At present, there are two kinds of infrared excitation inks, infrared red and infrared green, and there are some infrared excitation inks of different colors, such as red, green, blue, purple, etc. Infrared excitation ink is an anti-counterfeiting ink developed by adding infrared light-emitting materials to corresponding linking materials through a special process. It is colorless in appearance and emits visible light after being excited by 980nm infrared light. .

Thermochromic ink is also called thermochromic ink, heat sensitive ink or temperature display ink.

The basic principle and process of offset printing Offset printing is referred to as offset printing. The printing method of offset printing is to transfer the ink dipped on the rubber surface to the paper surface through a roller-type rubber stamp. Offset printing requires less ink and molds are less expensive to manufacture than gravure. UV ink is also called UV-curable ink, which uses ultraviolet radiation of a certain wavelength to instantly turn liquid ink into a solid state through photochemical reaction. The viscosity of flexo UV inks ranges from 250 to 2000cP (25°C), which is much smaller than that of offset UV inks. At present, UV ink has entered a mature stage, and is recognized by the world as a pollution-free ink variety, and its safety has been recognized by the US Environmental Protection Agency. Flexo UV inks are general-purpose and can be used when printing various substrates such as plastic, aluminum foil, and paper. The printing quality of flexo UV ink is better than that of water-based ink and alcohol-soluble ink, so its development and application have been paid attention to by all aspects.
