In the printing production process, the printing team must have a high sense of responsibility and mission to ensure that everyone cares about the equipment and everyone loves the equipment. When we entered the factory, the master once taught that "the factory is the face, the equipment is the eye", "care for the equipment is like caring for your own eyes", etc., so that we first establish the concept of caring for the equipment in our minds. During the production process, the operator should always pay attention to the status of the equipment, and inspect the feeder, printing unit, paper delivery part, wind cabinet, water tank and compressor for abnormalities. Once abnormalities are found, they should stop in time, find the cause at any time, and eliminate them. Failure, to nip the failure in the budding state. The daily maintenance of equipment mainly includes the following parts.


(1) Before starting the machine every morning, the captain should check whether the CP window, LCD screen and console of the printing equipment are abnormal, and observe whether the fountain solution and spray powder in the fountain solution device and the powder spray device are used up. Avoid dry pumping and spraying of equipment.


(2) Check whether the stopper on the ink fountain is pressed tightly to avoid ink leakage during the printing process, which may cause ink accumulation on the side wall of the printing equipment.


(3) During the production process, the cuffs and hem of the operator’s clothes should be fastened, and the operator should wear soft-soled sneakers. It is not allowed to pile up debris (such as plate cleaner, oil can, car wash water and powder spray) on the equipment pedal. Etc.), when opening the baffle hood, you should pull it gently. Throwing tools is not allowed.


(4) Check the cleanliness of the impression cylinder and printing plate cylinder. Before production in the morning, the plant is usually quiet. At this time, the equipment should be operated at a low speed to check for abnormal noises, listen carefully to the air path of each printing unit, and check whether the air pipes are aging, cracked, and air leaks from the cylinder. Many printing companies do not pay attention to the problem of air leakage. They often ignore that air leakage will not only accelerate the aging of the air pump, but also cause the pressure of the water and ink circuits in production to be inadequate, which will ultimately affect the quality of printing.


(5) Carry out daily maintenance in strict accordance with the operation manual every day, be careful and meticulous, and be meticulous in refueling and cleaning points, and do not neglect maintenance or perfunctory because of production.


(6) Before leaving work every day, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned, the rubber rollers, plate cylinders, and impression cylinders of the ink and water circuits should be cleaned, the ink fountain film base of each printing unit should be removed, and the shoulder iron and squeegee should be cleaned. It took three days for a printing company's ink fountain film base to be removed and cleaned. It was hard to know that this would easily cause the ink fountain film base to wear out, causing ink to flow to the ink key motor, causing ink adjustment failures and making the equipment difficult to operate normally.


The daily maintenance of equipment is the key to equipment maintenance, and printing companies should pay enough attention to it. In addition, in the daily maintenance of equipment, printing companies should also pay attention to small equipment failures and deal with them in a timely manner. Some printing companies always blindly pursue benefits, thinking that operators are "grinding foreign workers" by shutting down and maintaining equipment. Managers of printing enterprises should abandon this concept, and on the contrary, operators who maintain equipment should be encouraged. Small problems with equipment are like small problems on the human body. They must be treated in time to "see a doctor" to avoid the consequences of "small diseases dragging serious diseases, and serious diseases cannibalize people".


Periodic maintenance is essential


The equipment periodic maintenance is divided into monthly maintenance and quarterly maintenance. Periodic maintenance items should be strictly implemented in strict accordance with the Heidelberg operation manual. The team members must receive strict training before getting on the machine. The training content includes the equipment's oil eyes, refueling points, maintenance details and the maintenance content specified in the manual. They can only work after passing the exam. Before each maintenance, the print shop supervisor should make a corresponding maintenance plan. Take quarterly maintenance as an example. The quarterly maintenance time is 2 to 3 days. During maintenance, in addition to the requirements in the operation manual, it is necessary to cooperate with the technicians of the equipment department to solve the faults that occur in the usual work.


(1) First, use an industrial vacuum cleaner to vacuum the whole machine, clean the main and auxiliary water tanks, and replace the fountain solution and filter cotton in the water tank.


(2) For the feeder part, replace all feeder nozzles, clean the lead screw, and add oil to the gauge seat; check the feeder lifting track, chain, and auxiliary paper table track, and add butter to the track, gear, and chain ; Unscrew the air distribution valve to remove dust, clean it and install it properly; clean the suction nozzle and the paper delivery nozzle; check whether the paper separating brush and paper separating steel sheet need to be adjusted and replaced; check the paper conveying table air pipe and bottom gauge air pipe , Adjust the valve, bond the paper feeding cloth belt; check whether the paper feeding wheel and the brush wheel need to be replaced; check the electric eye and clean it carefully; clean the pull gauge suction filter, which is usually replaced after 10 months of use.


(3) For the printing part, the delivery roller, impression roller, paper transfer roller, water fountain roller, No. 3 ink roller (flat head roller), ink fountain roller, metering roller, and ink fountain roller swing axis are all Refuel the grease nipple; remove the inner wall adjusting screw, and process the baffle, bracket, and accumulated ink; clean the inner wall of each group of printing units, clean the bumper, and clean the adjusting screw of each part of the plate clamp to make it move freely; open Cover check the solenoid valve of each cylinder; clean the sink of each printing unit, scrape off the deposited crystalline deposits, check the clean water level probe, upper and lower water pipes; check the roller opening ball, turn it by hand, feel its flexibility, if the If it is astringent, it needs to be replaced; check whether the surface of all rollers is crystallized and ink accumulated. Use a micrometer to measure the dimensions of the two ends and the middle of the ink roller. If they are inconsistent, it will indicate that the ink roller is worn and needs to be replaced in time; check whether the bearings of all rollers need to be replaced .


(4) For the delivery part, clean the delivery teeth, delivery chain, gears, and fill all butter nozzles with butter; check whether the chain oil level is normal; clean the fans, and check whether each fan needs to be replaced; Grease the delivery chain groove, guide rail opening plate and track; check whether the reduction wheel is damaged, use an industrial vacuum cleaner to clean the dust on the reduction guide plate, and wipe it clean.


(5) Stop and check the oil level of the whole machine, such as the oil level of the air compressor and the fan; clean the air filter; open the air cabinet to check the motor, check the air duct and each group of air supply units; check the water tank and feed the compressor Dust removal of the radiator; check whether all the buttons of the CP window console are flexible, if not flexible, they need to be replaced; clean up the waste oil of the whole machine and the rotten paper under the machine.
