② It is necessary to add 3-4 times more wetting powder than usual in the water bucket;
③ This ink is more corrosive to the PS plate, and the PS plate must be baked to increase the printing durability, and it is required to stop the printing process as little as possible to avoid accelerating the corrosion of the PS plate. It is recommended to use a better quality PS version (such as Fuji PS version);
④ Adjust the amount of ink as far as possible to increase the permeability of the ink to the paper;
⑤ If the ink is not good during printing, you can use the air cylinder to lightly blow the water on the ink roller to reduce the drying speed of the ink;
⑥ It is necessary to prevent the ink on the ink roller from drying too fast and the drying time is too long, otherwise the ink roller is difficult to clean;
⑦ During printing, 10-15% offset watermark diluent can be added to the ink to reduce the drying speed of the ink and increase the permeability of the ink to the paper;
⑧ Due to the high viscosity of the ink, it is difficult to clean with conventional cleaning agents, so a reducing agent can be used as a cleaning agent;
⑨ Due to the simple operation and thick ink layer of the monochrome machine, it is recommended to use the monochrome machine for printing.
