1. Sharpen the knife
① Check whether the squeegee of each color meets the requirements, and polish the squeegee that does not meet the requirements with 400# metallographic sandpaper. If it is severely worn and cannot be used, it should be replaced. Cut the 800# sandpaper into a piece of sandpaper with a length of 11cm and a width of 6cm, fold it into 4 layers, soak it in engine oil, and grind the scraper.
② Sharpen the knife evenly, especially at the chamfers of the printing plate cylinders on both sides, and wipe the scraper clean with a clean rag after grinding.
